I just have to look at societal standard entertainment with MMA fighting glorified and the fact that there is a shedding of clothes with a new movie or TV show any night of the week … Peruse any social media, you have the infestation of the ‘selfie’ … Look! Let’s all be more self absorbed … People are attracted to sex and violence … Wattie, of The Exploited sang about it 20 years ago … Media distracts people from the foibles that are happening right under our noses by the powers that be … If you think that all politicians are liars, then get out there and do something about it … Vote! … Just wait until the environmental nightmare known as the Northern Gateway Pipeline, is shoved up our collective asses by Stephen Harper, Christy Clark and their corporate cronies …
Recently, there was a big stink about a grindcore band with an offensive name … The band was created over a decade ago as a reaction to our piece of shit justice system bungling the Willie Picton case … This was long before the super politically correct persona came into play … I’ve know these band members for many years and can say that rape culture is not part of their thinking … To the P.C. sect, just taking their subject matter at face value was enough to point the finger at them as degenerates of the music scene … Suggesting that their participation in the show would bring dangerous element to the event was absurd … No one would have been sexually assaulted at that or any gig without us, as a scene, reacting to it immediately! … Our subculture gets it … Injustice … Bullshit … All of it …
